Meeting was called to order at 6:18 pm by Mayor Todd Gibbs

Roll Call: Bauer, Ellis, Greiner. Grimm & Jones were absent 

Ellis moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous

Fire Chief Mike Sankot was present to discuss an opportunity to purchase a newer First Responder Vehicle 

Ellis moved to set Public Hearing date of April 23rd, 2024 at 6:00 pm for FY 24/25 Proposed Budget Revenues & Expenditures, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous

Bauer moved to set Public Hearing date of May 14th, 2024 at 6:00 pm for FY 23/24 Budget Amendment, seconded by Greiner. Roll call: Unanimous

Greiner moved to approve April-June, 2024 Cig/Tobacco/Nicotine/Vapor Permit for The Depot Express, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous

Bauer moved to reschedule the regular April 9th, 2024 meeting to April 23rd, 2024, seconded by Ellis. 

Roll Call: Unanimous

Bauer moved to Establish New Direct Bill with The Depot Walford LLC for City Vehicle Fuel, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous

Bauer moved to adjourn meeting at 6:40 pm, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous
